to lose weight, the best thing to do is go running first thing in the morning. You must run for at least 30 minutes, and you cannot eat before you run. Do this for a week and you will notice (visual) changes. Im not saying its easy but it works. Also, eat 5 small meals a day; this will boost your metabolism. As far as muscle, pick up a 100% whey protein and take that about 3 times a day (make sure your protein is low in calories) and lift hard, by hard I mean until your muscles fail, 3 times a week (mon,wed,fri) do abs and cardio on tues and thurs. Never workout longer than 45 min, if you are not sore by that time you arent working hard enough or you are talking too much....super and giant sets are a good way to get a lot done in 45 mins.
