I have been working out for 20 plus yrs and never experienced this. I am almost done with a cycle and with past cycles never had something like this happen. They are only on my forearms and calves where my veins are, could this have something to do with the increase in red blood cells related to aas use? I am the most vascular in these areas, probably 8% bf overall, but they seem to have come up in the past month.

Theyre called venous valves and they are completely normal. My arms are pretty vascular, and I have a few of them on my forearms. Don't sweat the small stuff, bro!

Just a thought: an increase in bp could be making them more noticeable, have you checked it lately? Or possibly the start of varicose veins.

I have heard of the venous valves, but by them making small lumps mean something is being resricted? They have only started coming up within 2months with about two to three on each forearm and the same on calves and that's why I'm asking around. Bp is a little high though. Thanks for the input.

Have you gotten leaner recently? I think they naturally protrude out from the veins, and become noticeable as you get leaner and as your veins get more pronounced from the aas and strength training. If you had that many blood clots, you'd have some other major problems going on with those limbs including swelling.

its probably the above mentioned situation BUT with that said you cant be to safe so go get checked out.

I used to get these alot when i was much leaner. Always showed up in my calves and close to my shins. Turns out it was fatty deposit's according to the doctor.
