Baggett's article was good, would have liked to see more on modalities to improve recovery (Massage, sauna, sMFR, contrast showers, etc.).

Yeah, I liked the Baggett article as well, his stuff is usually good.

I found the results of that whey study pretty impressive as well. I kind of wonder how whey blends, isolates, and concentrates hold up to hydrolysate?

The posture article was also interesting and makes you think. It offers a different perspective on things, which is always good to have.
