i checked my blood pressure randomly at the grocery store last night. i am one week out of a 3-week M1T cycle of 20 mg/day. my BP was still 154/82, pulse 86 (pulse normal, diastolic normal). how long does it take for it to come back down? and why is it just the systolic that is so much different, and not the diastolic? im usually around 115/75 btw.
