Hypothetically speaking...

If one were on his second M1T cycle @ 15mg/4derm and started getting sinus problems almost immediately, what would be the most effective way to combat this (first M1T cycle was @ 10mg without noticable sinus problems)? Short of reducing dosage, has anyone had success combating sinus problems? One member suggested afrin/tylenol sinus/sudafed which sounds good, but wonder if anyone else had an opinion they would like to share.

On a side note, the weather here just exploded into spring this week and I'm not sure if it is a coincidence or not. I've never had allergies before, but I just moved to the St Louis area.

Thanks, Nunya

I suspect it, but I'm not sure if it is a coincidence. From what I've read, some people have reported it. Last cycle I started the 4derm a week in advance, so maybe that is why I didn't notice the sinuses as much. Hopefully the 4derm will kick in and counteract it if it is indeed a side effect. I guess I'll see...I'm planning a three week cycle.

No one have an idea? I think I will start splitting my doses, although my sinuses seem to be getting better. I was looking through my stash and realize I have way too much (by about five bottles) of this stuff (UL). Be a shame for it to go to waste.

Thanks for you help.

Sorry Brother, sinus/drainage issues are very coomon sides with M1T. I have them everytime I cycle. Ask Luke about the sides. He's a big fan.

My problems started day 2 this cycle, but nothing I can't live with.

Thanks for the input, guys.

I get bad sinus sides EVERY time. Just work extra hard to keep em clear, shoot saline up there and whatnot.

I love this!!!

It is possible that it is caused by the spring weather or a side effect of M1T as others noted. It's best not to take Sudafed, Afrin, etc. as they are generally for headcolds and I think they may raise your blood pressure slightly. I have asthma and the doctor every so often put me on Clartin as it works only on your sinuses instead of headache, sore throat, cough, etc. like Sudafed or Afrin and will not raise blood pressure. You can also buy this without a prescription for the past year or so. It is also commonly sold as a generic antishistamine under Longs, CVS or Walgreens packaging - look for it as Loratadine (10mg a day). It's much cheaper if you buy it as the generic store brand. I find it can cause your sinuses to be a little dry in the evening, so drink plenty of water (which you are probably already doing). Best of luck.

Afrin is great stuff. In any case, the symptoms went away this weekend, so I'm not sure if it was a coincidence or it was a side my body adjusted to. In any case, I'm all better now. Thanks for all of the input.

You got any other sides at the minute? all i'm getting is a bit of lethargy which is bareble. No shut down loss of libido ect for me so far after 8days. I didnt even think it was working till i jumped on the scales and realised i'd gained 6lb in the last 6days.

No other sides...last cycle six months ago I had lethargy, but I haven't noticed it yet. Other than the sinuses the first week, everything is normal except my nipples are always hard.

Well, all good things must come to an end eventually, and my cycle ends this coming Tuesday. It will be a 24 day cycle when I'm done. I wish I could go a full four weeks, but my work is such that I will not be able to. I am out of town at least one week a month, and hotels don't have the best workout facilities. The sinus problems went away after the first week for the most part. Thanks to all who offered suggestions. I'm ending the cycle at 25mg/day. No sides to speak of, just a little lower back pain during workouts and the inevitable lethargy. Gains in strength and size have been OUTSTANDING and I wish I didn't have to stop already.Nunya
