I think I have posted this before a long long time ago but I have recently tried a new flavor and wanted to let everyone know. I have tried a lot of different protein (optimum 100, muscle milk being my other favs) and Matrix 5.0 is the best tasting. The only two flavors I have tried are cookies and cream (with skim milk it tastes no different from something I would get a dairy queen), and the most recent one and my new favorite is orange cream (tastes like those vanilla and orange ice cream cups). I did not pay too much attention to what else is in it besides the fact that it is a protein blend with egg, casein, and whey. I almost feel like I am cheating when I have one of these.
