i am 16 years of age and i want to gain lean muscle. i am thinking of taking cyclone as i have read a lot about it, i am planning just to take this and train hard in the gym aswell as eating a correct and well spread diet. would this be a good idea? and would i see good gains? i want to be big but still have good muscle definition as opposed to lookin fat, how can i overcome this? thanks for any replies.
