I take .5mg/day for a couple of weeks then go to e3d to maintain. It can make you somewhat nauseous so you might want to take before bed to sleep through it. It's never really bothered me so I've taken it whenever.

yes, people often confuse the two, including the Capt.

dosage depends on weight. Im 94kg, so my starting dose is 1mg, 80-90kg 0.9mg etc etc. I have dosed up to 2mg . .

for those too retarded to use the metric system, multiply lb x 2.2

Initially load ED for a week, but ensure you are getting regular UV exposure as well. Maintenence doses can done EW or 2x/W.

The initial first dose gave me a mad flush, but no wood for 4-5 days.
