...is essentially TTA + some fatty acids, correct? :confused:
 
One thing I notice with Melting Point is a feeling of increase in Body temp. If I accidentally take it to close to bed time, I find my self roasting in bed.
 
Ok, i've used tta before.


I just bougth a bottle of melting point and am running it now with green tea extract (focus on catchins, polyphenols, and 200 mg ECGC), seasathin, and some good old fashioned diet + cardio.

make sure you stay well hydrated, and consider supplementing with potassium and magnesium. mp + sesamin tend to increase the actions of each other which also means a possible increase of cramping. monitor this to be on the safe side.
 
I have never had cramping with up to 10 caps a day of MP and 3 caps of Sesamin and 6 caps of fish oil :shrug:

Results?

I can't really give the best conclusion there was too many things going on in my life at the time. Just started a new job, baby on the way. I ran for 6 weeks started at 6 caps a day with 6 fishoil and 1 sesamin. The last week I got up to 10 MP a day, with 3 sesamin, and 6 fishoil.

I was playing ball hockey, and ice hockey once a week at the time. And weight training 2-3 times a week. I had some occurances where I thought cramping was beginning to occur, but it seemed to just be a singular occurance.

Diet was reasonably clean, but there were some cheats in there. Started at 222lbs and was down to 214 at the end of the six weeks. However the wife and I agreed I looked leaner that what the scale showed. I think there was some water retention. There was also a little bit of lethargy. One thing I do notice is if I take my night dose too late, I am roasting in bed.

And I can't give any after the fact conclusions and dropping of the water weight, cause I started partying after that for my 30 birthday, for pretty much the rest of the summer.

Currently am using 8 MP a day, with 6 fish oil, sort of a holiday safety stack, to keep me from ballooning up. Never took a K/Mag supp.

BTW these are from one of the first releases of MP, still in the white bottle.

Don't know if that is of any help to you, but those were my experiences.
