He should be in a Memory care unit so they can take care of him; it is so sad to see this Biden has no clue what is going on around him, reminds me of my Downs Syndrome Brother who was in memory care the last year of his life. He was a special case, Downs Syndrome and lived to be 66. But the last year and a half he had no clue what was real and what wasn't. Biden is the same he has Lewy Body Dementia and Alzheimer's
