Ive heard a little about using metformin for bodybuilding. It supposidly increases the recepter senstativity of the recepter cells so that less insulin is needed. My main question would be how much to take? I have the 500mg tabs. What would be the dosege on the bulk or cut? WHen would I take it before eating during or after?
