I decided since pure mass is the goal here for my last few weeks of offseason that implementing Methadrol Extreme was the way to go. All I have done is add in one capsule at my first and 5th meal of the day. I decided to abandon the crazy training I have been doing which has consisted of strange rep renges to experiment with some timed stuff and volume. Obviously the first week I am going to be rusty so we will see how these numbers look after 4 weeks. Its been 7 full days and my weight has gone from 251.2-253.4 I am a very HARD/SLOW gainer so I will gladly take that. The pumps are INSANE and I feel I look tighter.
Here are a few silly bathroom shots I took at the gym since I had no one to photograph me today, lol. Also here is the workout I have followed
Flat flys with 30 sec rest in between sets:
set 1- 25lbs 30 reps
set 2- 30lbs 25 reps
set 3- 30lbs 25 reps
set 4- 35lbs 20 reps
set 5- 35 lbs 20 reps
Incline Barbell press with not more than 60 sec rest in between sets
set 1-4 225 for 15 reps (shoulder was bothering me alot today)
Incline DB press with not more than 60 sec rest between sets
set 1- 80lbs- 20 reps
set 2- 90lbs 17 reps
set 3- 110lbs 15 reps
set 4- 120lbs 12 reps
Incline Flys 45 sec rest
set 1-3 45lbs for 15 reps
cable crossovers FST-7
Today I did
Flat DB flys 35 lbs for 25 reps very slow for all 5 sets
Incline Barbell Press
set 1- 245 15 reps
set 2- 265- 15 reps
set 3- 275 15 reps
set 4- 275 13 reps, dropped to 225 for 7 more reps down to 135 for 21 more reps
Incline DB press
set 1- 90lbs for 15 reps
set 2- 120lbs for 15 reps
set 3- 120lbs for 14 reps
set 4- 120lbs for 11 reps (pace caght up to me, lol)
Incline FLYs
set 1 50- 17 reps
set 2- 60- 15 reps
set 3- 75- 12 reps
Cable crossovers FST7 10lbs heavier starting point then last week
So my strenght is going up even with the crazy fast pace. I like to do speed training like this its intense and you fail horribly in the middle of your sets but the mental challenge is awesome!
Mods you can move this if you feel its better suited in another section, just sharing some feeback
