I finished my first week of MD at 5mg a day 2gether with 3x25mg vasopro and 3xlipo-6 because i'm trying to lose some BF.
First two days on MD was little freaky because i hardly fall asleep but now it's ok. I know that MD will show his real side after 2> week and i hardly wait.
ABout my appetite, i saw some are complaining their apetite increased but in my case vasopro is doing great job....i must force myself to eat . 3 lbs are down since i started
I'm taking 200+ grams of protein (4 -5 shakes and from food)
milk thistle 2x175mg
NAC 2x600mg
multivitamin
fish-oil
now i have some questions ( i hope i'll get some answers)
1. is 6 weeks too much to cycle MD?
2. Will i get some leand muscle mass with MD while cutting and dieting?
3. i try to do high volume training (thanx to Loki) but some guidlines will be great
what is the best routine for me to do?
4. is NAC and milk thistle enough at those mg to protec my liver?
5. is HIIT 2 times a week enough to lose BF i need?
here is my routine:
monday: chest/biceps/abs
tuesday: legs
wednesday: back/triceps/abs
thursday: HIIT
friday: shoulders/abs and any muslce group i didn't do right in previos days
saturday: HIIT
sunday: off or should it be HIIT?
now here is my stats: (i'm from Croatia so i don't know any inches and lbs)
28 years
180 cm
92 kg - now 90
here is what i eat troughout the day:
8:00am protein shake
10:00 some fruit
12:00 protein shake
02:00 lunch - tuna, chicken, turkey+vegies+olive oil
04:00 gym
05:30 protein shake + liquid amino
07:00 dinner - cottage cheese or tuina or egg whites or some leftovers from lunch
09:00 protein shake
11:30 also protein shake - when i'm in the mood
any advices are welcome, please - help me
