MG/WU not working

First off id like to say that western union and money gram online can suck it. Western union apparently cant identify me and has made a business decision to not allow me to send money online.. I gave them all my valid information and called them 3 times and they told me to do it in person for whatever reason. Then I decided to use moneygram online, everything was going great then when I sent the money the process was canceled and no explanation was given to me as to why. I tried it again with a different recipient and that same thing occurred. Has anyone expirienced these issues? If so whats the best way to resolve them? Id like to give MG another shot since western union is being ridiculous. Thank you.

GO into the shop or your grocery store and send both online systems suck balls.
