What is the most impressive thing you've seen in regards to training? Either in person or on social media. Can be weights used or just how someone looks or whatever.

Let's take Larry Wheels out of the equation btw lol. He's a fucking mutant and everything he does is mind boggling.

2 things come to mind:

1) Me with my training partner Derek Poundstone when he got the 555lb Atlas Stone for the first time. No one in the World was even close at this time. What might be more impressive is the fact that I actually had hair in the video LOL
