Muscular Development pulls Lipolyze from their online store
Truthfully, I was shocked that MuscularDevelopment.com carried Dave Palumbo???s product line (Species Nutrition) after they fired him. Forgetting (for a moment) that they fired the dude, it???s bizarre that Steve Blechman would allow a Usnic Acid supplement to be sold in his online store - when he???s been adamantly against the stuff since day 1, and even advised Dave against putting it in his product line. So, while I will admittedly give Blechman credit for warning Dave against this product, I???m also going to take it away immediately. There is a lot of blame to go around on this one, and some of it must fall squarely on the shoulders of the companies (previously) selling the product (Bodybuilding.com, Muscular Development, etc???).

I???ve been the Hero of the Day on the MD.com forums ever since I started bashing Species/John/Dave/Rx ??? and this will probably make them hate me again (*or whatever) ??? but fair is fair, and if the stuff was so bad, then MD should never have carried it. Everyone who is bashing Dave/Species on MD.com needs to realize that MD was doing almost the same thing by selling the dangerous product.
If Dave is bad (or ignorant, or careless, or greedy, or whatever) for designing this product, then certainly some of the blame needs to be shouldered by the companies who sold the product for him; especially MD, in light of their continued statements that they knew that it was dangerous. Sermon over.
So anyway, I was told by a friend that the MD.com store had stopped selling Lipolyze???but when I went to the store, I saw that it was still for sale! However, that???s a bit misleading; even though it says ???In Stock??? and you can try ordering it, when you do, the store tells you that your shopping cart is still empty, no matter what you try. So, it???s been pulled ??? but still appears on the website, and you can no longer purchase it. Or at least that???s what happened when I tried to purchase it earlier today, about 100x, using ten different accounts. So it appears that MD has pulled the product (which they already knew was unsafe but sold anyway).
Hat???s off to my readers who have been spreading the word on various forums, and sending emails to the online sites that still carry Lipolyze and Somalyze???there???s a couple less dangerous products online today, and that???s all because of you.
