I am 40 years old male and I just finished my Mag-10 capsules (Biotec) 2-week cycle last week. My objective for taking Mag-10 was to increase muscle mass. Prior to that, I did the full Body for Life workout with VERY, VERY positive results.

With Body for Life, I lost 15 pounds from 175 lbs. to 160 lbs. Additionally, I lowered my body fat from 16% to 13%. Since I had lost the body fat that I wanted to loose, I now wanted to put some of the weight back in muscle and not fat. After a lot of research, I decided to try Biotec???s Mag-10 capsules for two weeks (12 capsules the first day and 6 capsules per day after that). My plan was only to stack with Tribex-500 also by Biotec after completing the Mag-10 two-week cycle.

After completing my two-week cycle with Mag-10, my experience was as follows:

* I did not noticed any significant hair loss
* I had no sex drive side affects.
* I did notice that while I was on the cycle my testicles did shrink a bit (all back to normal now).

What scared me the most is that I ended up getting a very discomforting and annoying pain on left side of mid section (just below my ribs). I hope to God that doing this has not hurt my prostate. However, only time will tell. Before staring the cycle, I had had a full physical with awesome results. This exam included the infamous ???prostate exam???. I hate the thought of thinking that maybe those results would be different if I were to take them again.

My diet is as healthy as it can be. I eat an average of 6-8 meals daily, and fully met the required protein intake of about 1.5 grams per pound. I work out 6 days per week with 4 being weight training and 2 for cardio. I cut back on my cardio by one day from the Body for Life program so that I wouldn???t continue to loose weight. My weight training changed to heavier weight, more sets and less reps.

My results as of yesterday (10/14/2003), was a gain of 2 pounds. I did not notice any gains in energy or strength. Because of my side-effect, I chose not to stack with Tribex-500 (Biotec) as I had originally planned.

In my opinion, and solely based on my own personal experience, I can tell you that I wouldn???t spend my money again for something that not only doesn???t work, but that can potentially be harmful to your health.

Again, this is my personal opinion.

Correction

I would like to apologize for a typo in my original thread. The company name is BioTest and not BioTec.

Sorry :(

If their prop blend contains mostly 4/ad, being oral, you won't see any results.

Hi dg806,

Thanks for your reply.

I do believe that the blend contains mostly 4/ad, but what is all the hype about this product and people claiming that they've gained lean muscle weight from it?

Just that...............hype~
