My first cycle what do you guys recommend?

hello everyone i'm new on here but not new to weight lifting.. just some info i'm about to turn 29 stand 5'5 and weigh 155. ive been lifting for 6 years now and started at 108 pounds and have never taken anything besides the basic protein amino acids and creatine supplements. i feel like my body is struggling now and i would like some more size. ive always been scared to take a cycle bc of side effects or the aftermath once off what do you guys recommend would like experienced folks opinions
 
500mgs test e or c per week, split into 2 250mg injections (mon,thurs)
.25 ldex eod or 25 mg stane ed taken in 2 12.5 mg doses with stane.
pct clomid /nolva starts 2 weeks post cycle with test e and 18 days post with test c. Daily clomid dosage;week1 -100mg week2 50mg week3 50mg week 4 50mg Nolva - week1-40mg week2 20mg wek3 20mg week 4 20mg week5 20mg

If you dont under stand this you should read the stickies at the top of the anabolic forum. Congrats on your progress. Look closely at diet it is crucial. Best of luck.
 
breakfast 6 egg whites 1 whole egg with turkey slice to make scrambled
1 cup regular oatmeal with fresh fruits added

snack protein shake and some almonds

lunch 1 cup brown rice with broccoli or asperagus and 2 nice size chicken breast, tilapia, salmon, or mahi sometimes 5oz of ground turkey

snack 5-6 oz sweet potato wit a can of tuna or chicken breast

dinner 1 cup brown rice with veggies and either or of the above proteins

gym after dinner then have a shake right after shower and sleep
 
i have red meat once a week nice sirlion.

You gotta eat more than that... my diet was almost the same and they laughed at me and told me to double the intake and bam! Gained more weight!!!

This is basically the diet i would have a girl do for contest prep...

5 whole eggs halfcup of whites with two slices of ezekiel bread
protein 40g 2 table spoons of peanutbutter
8 oz chicken green veggies and brown rice
protein 40g and PB&J
8 oz steak/40g worth of ground beef/salmon/ or swordfish (some type of fatty meat) brown rice and greens
post workout bcaa peanutbutter on normal days, on heavy lifting days 1 cup of oats with protein post work out karbolyn and protein.
 
i like to throw in pop tarts or 2 cookies also into my diet once in a while... of course 2 gallons of water a day... 1 gallon pre workout and 1 gallon intra and post.

pop tarts are very macro friendly, maybe thats why im a little chubby now lol
 
funny thing is i have no normal days everyday is heavy lifting for me. i understand i need to eat more ive been up to 166 was just toning down now so my diet changed but was trying to maintain a lean bulk look intead of bulky with high body fat

i drink a gallon a day but its hard to go beyond that while being busy at work and i also add sugars and fat here and there plus ll i can eat sunday no restrictions

Double this. Seriously.

Why don't you eat beef? The amino profile is outstanding.
 
isn't to many egg yolks high in cholestrol? ive heard to eat meat once a week maybe thats why. i can eat but i need a better job just to maintain my eating habits lol

If that's how you feel just add in 6-8 whites.

right now im cutting which is why my diet consist of the above. problem is that i lost more than i actually wanted so it put me on a downer. when bulking i gain size and weight but the body fat is high i rather get the leaner gains this time around
 
whats your bf % now or post a pic... 155 is really light for 55 to be cutting... I ate 10 eggs a day and my lipids were fine. My dr flipped when I told him I go through 10 eggs a day whole eggs. I only buy free ranged eggs i wont eat that other crap. Free ranged has lower cholesterol as well all most 100 less then none free ranged. If your worried about lipids then gear is the last thing you need..

when it comes to gaining size brotha you have to find a way to work around your day.. the people that dont get gains are the ones that say I cant eat that or drink that much. simple as that.

Whats your training split like you say every day is a heavy day but when i mean heavy i mean HEAVY... like I eat more carbs on back and leg days and less on all my other muscle days even chest.. because chest is a smaller size muscle...

Go to the diet section and read up on carb cycling. There is a sticky about it, I think.

AND YES..man you look great,little more diet with cardio and you will be ripped to the bones for sure!
 
also hit up legs more bro i can tell you maybe a little behind in the hamstring department. hit up legs hard increase carbs and watch your self grow. Goal your self with 10 more lbs of lean mass... thats allot naturally then get on gear...
 
Thanks a lot everyone I really appreciate it. Going to eat more but as clean as possible. And jay yea 10 more lbs or lean mass would be perfect! As far as legs I hit them hard once a week with squats, lunges, leg press and extension also leg curls and stretched hamstring dead lift and can't forget calves. I go hard but maybe need to it twice a week for better results
 
once you start feeding more your legs will grow... this works for me great on my legs... i do the sled, its not a hack squat but basically a reverse leg press. I forgot the actual name and i go deep, with my heels together and toes out at the very bottom of the plate form..Then i do all the glut, abduction, and adduction machines... That really brought out all my lines.

I like to do a heavy squat well i dont go heavy any more I stop at 405, because i am terrified to step back with any thing heavier, i have bad knees. so walking with 500 is scary.. But I hit failure with squats then go straight to the sled and finish them with higher volume. Then I hit each isolated muscle. youtube John Meadows he has some great leg workouts... His lifting technique has changed some things in bodybuilding.
 
i know exactly what you mean i did 335 for 2 reps in squat and its scary. im going to have to learn i few of those workouts you do and see how that goes.. will check john out on you tube. i was following a 3 week routine on muscleandstrenght pretty intense from heavy to supersets
 
DIET DIET DIET people just don't understand how important this is. If you do manage to do your first cycle I would just go with a Test you have to see how your body will respond. Don't forget your PCT there are all types of theories on what works best, personally clomid and nolva never fails. Good luck bro
