So far this is what I have. I'm still doing research and not in a hurry with this cycle since its the first. Any suggestions will help.

week 1-10 TEST E 500mg split weekly
week 11-12 off
PCT
DAY 1: 300 clomid mg
day 2-11: 100 mg every day
day 12-21: 50mg every day

Nolv just in case of gyno.

question: Can I take creatine while the 2 week off cycle?
I'm also working on my diet and adjusting myself into the 6 meals a day. Again I'm not in a rush with my cycle. I want to make sure everything is straight for me. What do you brothers think? Also no HCG.
 
Post your stats, diet and training regimen (workout).
Also list any supplements.

Order some HCG from AMA.

Aromasin would be a good on-cycle ancillary.

I am willing to help someone who shows initiative and does not expect all the answers laid out for them without having to do any of the work...

Be sure to have EVERYTHING prior to starting. That includes diet and training regimen.
Doing it the right way is the only way to have a positive experience.

Don't dive off the cliff without knowing how deep the water is first.

As long as you take your time and don't start the cycle until everything is in place and how it needs to be.
There will always be some adjustments on first cycle (dealing with sides, etc.).
It is tempting to dive right in once the gear shows up but it sounds like you're going to be smart about it.
That puts you leaps and bounds ahead of 90% of first timers.
Again, feel free to PM when you need to.
I won't claim to be an expert (who is?) but I can offer suggestions, opinions, advice that you can double check on IMF and Google...

I figured out my diet scale. I was reading through the nutrition forum and found some useful tools. Here's my grade. Tell me what you think.

3640 calories 40/40/20


1440 calories
1440 carbs
728 fat

Calories where it needs to come from
360g of protein
360g of carbs
182g of fat




based on 6 meals


60g per meal protein
60g per meal carbs
30.5g per meal fat

My current weight 275 pounds.
age - 36
 
I see why the other gears are important so this will be ordered as well. I received my gear today but going to wait until research and health is up and up. Thanks Paranoid for the advice buddy.
