Do you think that these supplement companies really give a rats behind about you. If you want to find out send the company a e-mail, letter, or anything. Let them know how you feel about the product you are using. If they reply this will sort of show they give a Crap about there customers. I know you are saying so what they have people would probably sit down and read letters just for this purpose.
I thought that too, so ask for something. So I wrote two companies. One I got a letter that sound like a carbon copy, and the other I was not. Hell they sent me a T-shirt.

What I'm trying to say If they care enough to take the time to reply with a letter or something they are going to care enough about the product that they make to work at its full potential and not just all talk.

Are ya getting what I'm trying to say.I sometimes find it hard to write down what I'm thinking. (so shoot me)

Muscletech and GEN. GEN sent me a t-shirt.

On my last order of protein from proteinfactory I was over charged for shipping( I thought ). I wrote them a nice but to the point letter how I believed I was overcharged and so on. The very next day I received a e-mail from a REAL person explaining that they had to raise there rate because UPS did and that it was layed out on there web page,BUT they would still be happy to refund the $2.50 I claimed to be overcharged if I still thought I was over billed. Do you know how long it's been since I have done business with anyone that would be willing to do that to keep a customer? Needless to say I went to there website and sure as s%$# they were right and I was wrong. I e-mailed them back telling them they had just gained a customer for life. I know I must sound cheap to argue over $2.50 but it was the point and man did I feel stupid but also glad to have found this site.

No.

But the feeling is mutual, and that's why its called 'business'.

Bang! Bang! Can I have your t-shirt??????
Just Kidding, most companies don't do that kinda stuff... they will pay someone to read all the letters that come in and have them take care of them. How many bosses or managers actually deal with the consumers????? Not a whole bunch.
