I hate to say it b/c it's Gnc but they DO make a good joint product called " tri-flex"......its got gluc,chon,msm and hla........and I noticed(the stores near me anyways) that ur better off buying the bigger bottle b/c purchasing 2 smaller bottles(w/ their little but 1 at full and get 2nd 50% off deal) costs more than 1 bigger bottle......anyways, just throwing it out there................I like this product mainly b/c of the added hla which I THINK really "takes well" w/ my joints.......I've looked around at quite a few different places for a different but same ingredients but can't find anything,yet anyways......I fuckin hate gnc and their little sales fuckheads that bombard you the second u walk in......unfortunatley though I like a couple of their products.....

Check out Cosasquin. Cosequin? Equine Powder Concentrate Nutramax Laboratories (Supplements - Joint - Powdered/Pelle this link is for the equine formula. I used to take this, works MAGIC!!! I understand they make a version for humans now but the horse small bottle is totally safe for people and will last 3-9 mos perhaps a year. $54 No I am not joking
