I prefer protein, creatine and some type of fat burner.
This may be a redundant thread and apologize if it offends anyone...:p

Currently, no particular order
1) Multi-vitamin
2) B vitamin complex
3) Ginkgo Biloba
4) Pantothenic acid (B5)

Likewise I am going to call "protein powder" kind of a given so I just call it part of the diet now :D

Ginkgo biloba for the brain, it really does work, I recall things much better while using it and it sharpens me up a bit overall. It is used for "circulation improvement" in the body and supposedly most specifically the brain.

Same here. I'd only put Creatine 2nd and Glutamine 3rd. :thumb:

Of course, lately it's been:

Aspirin
NyQuil
Sudafed

1)Creatine
2)Micellar Casein MRP
3)Joint complex, my shiznit is getting old

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
I'd say protein is probably the only thing I couldn't live without. Otherwise, if I were to list my regular supplements, the list would be too long.

Well, since these are the 3 I use year around I guess these are mine:

-protein supps (whey and blends)
-vitamin C
-glutamine

1. Protein (Egg & Whey)
2. Glucosamine Sulfate
3.Creatine

1: Protein (BCAA)
2: Betagen (already has creatine and Glutamine in it):cheeky:
3: Lipo 6 (Also has Ephedra and Caff in it)
