First off I want to say GXR is a hell of a rep and good guy. Sometimes you get reps who act like they don't want to help the customer. There was a small issue on Naps side and being that there system is so straight to the point can be hard to reach. Thats when I contacted GXR and he sorted the issue in 2 days. So I would like to thank Naps and a big thank you to GXR for being stand up and doing what's right.
I still need GXR help just a little if he doesn't mind to make sure I understand exactly what I'm suppose to do, but that is something to take to PM. Thanks
