Customer Service: First let me start by saying the customer service at Naps Gear goes above and beyond. Majority of the time there is always someone online to help you with any questions you might have. Being the impatient person I am, I contacted them multiple times on the products I ordered and they always reassured me that it would be there soon, and it did! Took two weeks max!
Shipping: The shipping is another great part of Naps Gear, very discreet, timely, and Naps Gear assures you that if your package doesn't arrive they will send a new one at no extra charge! They provide you with a tracking number so you aren't left in the dark..when the package arrived everything was wrapped very well in order to insure that the products did not get damaged unlike many other sites that just want your money Naps really cares about there customers..just another reason they are #1 in my book.
