Mate location where your friend lives, falls under high risk. your friend new the consequences if the package is seized, Also any return package we will never receive it the return address is invalid.
I dont think its pity, we have done everything we can, AUS and CA falls under high risks and customers are aware of the consequences, most sources fallows similar policies.
