Nausea from AndroLean + AndroHard

^ I'm on my 3rd day of my cycle and I took my first dose and all was fine. Took my second dose about 45minutes ago and about 30minutes after that I started feeling nauseous and I ended up just throwing up everything a few minutes ago...

Advice? Should I still do my workout today or bump up to my rest day?

Not sure what to do.

I would stop taking it. Usually if ypu are throwing up something your body does not like it. be safe bro!!!
