So here's what I'm looking at to get started back into lifting more regularly. I've been somewhat limited over the last 8 months with back pain that comes and goes...I'm now blaming a completely trashed mattress that I'm replacing this week. I've been to the doctor and everything looked ok on the xray and exam. I'm little nervous about deads right now so I may wait a few more weeks on those. Its just an upper lower split and I figure 6-10 reps and 3-4 sets for each exercise will be what happens. The goal is just to lift more consistently with a good routine and see what happens. I'm sure there are glaring flaws, so let me know what you think.

--Db chest press
--Military press
--Dips
Lower:
--Squats
--Lunges
--calves (not sure what to do here)
