Can someone help me choose between one of these Creatines: EAS Phosphagen XT, EAS Phosphagen HP, Optimum Nutrition After Max, and Optimum Nutrition creatine powder.

Ive been researching a little and now trying to decide ona creatine. I took celltech a while back and didnt like it.

Depends on what you want: Do you want to simply gain alot of weight and strength without worrying too much about bodyfat? Do you only want to increase strength? Do you want to gain muscle size but without too much water and fat gain?

Sugar containing creatines are great for gaining some quick size and weight and getting your strength up, but they can also add some bodyfat over time.

Plain creatine will give you some slow gains in strength and over time will add up to more muscle.

Creatine delivery systems are usually sugar free and calorie free and they can help add volume to your muscles without making you fat and they can add strength to your workouts pretty quickly.

I mostly want to gain a lot of weight and strength. I feel really small/scrawny - 5'7'' 130lbs. I want get up to around 150lbs.

Then use a creatine/sugar combo. Or, go the distance and use VPXs Plasma Expandor which has carbohydrate calories, 3 types of creatine, compounds to help force creatine/glucose into muscle cells, and glutamine peptides (also a cell volumizer).

If that is too expensive for you than a Phosphagen HP or similar product will work just fine as well.
