I started at the gym this summer and I go about 5-6x p/week for about 1.5-2 hrs each time. I do about an hour or so of weights then about 30 min of moderate to intense cardio and while I have dropped about 8% body fat I still haven't been able to get my arms very toned.
Now, I know that there isn't such a thing as spot reduction, but if anyone could give me some lifting/cardio/nutrition tips on how to get rid of the gross back-of-the-arm flab it would be awesome.
