Need some advise

Hello :)My name is Kristrian i am 28 years old 1.76m 59 kg...
I have been svimming for about 4 months now 1km per day,and have just started to weightlift a little bit..But i am worried about if i´m doing it wrong,maybe overtraining the muscles...I train my arms and chest the most,and that´s what u use the most in swimming.Ireally want to build muscle,after my accident where i tottaly smashed my foot in an working accident,and not have beeing able to train much...So hoping that u will be able to help me with some advice on how to put the two together,so i can gain the most out of it....

Hi again..Im just wanna know if swimming 1km a day and training "weightlifting" 3-4 times a week is too much for me as an beginner,if it is,maybe u have some good advise for me as an beginner to weightlifting
