I have been steady bodybuilding now for over 10 months... in the last few months (9weeks) i have really increased my overall routine performance/intensity and the results are incredible. I am 23yo, 5'8" 190lb. I have gained about 17lbs in the last few months since my routine change but its not much fat cuz my waist is still a 33". i just dont fit in a M t-shirt anymore. my BF% is a little high at about 19-20% but im working on it... anyway... i have noticed lately that i am getting some creaks and cracks coming from my body... some painful, some not... i was wondering if there is a supplement or vitamin i could take to combat the joint, cartilidge, ligament, tendon, etc. pain that i have been experiencing. i currently take about 200g protein a day (clean) and balance my diet mostly... i also take 1 Centrum with lycopean multi-vitamin in the morning and afternoon. What else should i take besides the protein and multi to aid in my gains, recovery, BF goals, etc... i have run many searches, but the problem is its tough to decide which is right and which is best... thanks gang for any help!
