Hey guys how are you all... I been out of the gym for almost 5 months... due to a lot of personal issues. I neeed some help on a "Practical" Eating Plan... & A Good work out to Burn Fat, Build Lean Muscle, & Killer Abs. & I was wondering if it's Possible to Accopmlish that By January!!! I am Indian/Jamaican I weight 225lbs & Stand @ 6Ft. 2inchs. Tall. & am Moderate to the Lifestyle & was hoping some of you Pro's in here could give me some Freiendly or Professional Advice. Thanx
