I am new to this site, but have some experiance. I have taken1-AD 4-5 years ago. I have started the 1-andro with 300mg per day. I weigh 260lbs, I lift 4 days a week since Dec. I take whey and creatine. Should I ramp up to 6-800mg or go ahead and take 400/ 600/ right off the start?
