Hi all!!! I am new to the forum and excited to read each persons advice, experience, and encouragement. I am fairly new to fitness, although I have always led a healthy lifestyle. Right now I do cardio (high intesity intervals) every other day and lift weights the opposite days. I use a notebook to track what I eat, I have found that it's a great way to keep me from eating junk that my body doesn't need. But I don't have a specific "diet" that I know works for me (as we are all individuals). Also I do not take any supplements other than a daily multi vitamin, not sure if I ought to take a fat burner??
