new blood test/hrt

I have been on bio t cream (1/2 ml ed of 200mg per ml) for 3 months with 200mg I3C and 100mg Zinc

I went from 326 T to 637 but my free T went from 8.5 to 15.4

So he wants me to take 150mg zinc and .75ml which is 150mg of cream

I think these are decent results for biocream and vitamins

My estrone is 31 and is the same as b4
