Hello everybody, new to this site. It seems that I have always been training for something. High school and then college athletics really inspired a competative spirit it me. I have always weight trained, I'm 35 now...so like for almost 20 years. At the begining of this year, I decided to take my weight training to a whole new level and try to transform myself into a complete monster. I am 6'5 and when I started this venture and I was 260. I am currently 290 and am becoming very strong. Right now I am natural and have never used gear, but I would like to see what would happen if I did. I am a little soft in the middle (52 chest, 38 waist) but I am not going to worry about cutting anytime soon. I lift super heavy and hard 3 days on 1 day off. I am eating pretty clean and consuming 300 grms of protein daily. I've started using creatin, NO2, and aminos. My goals are to be freaky big and strong, with some definiton. Any suggs?
