Hey whats up Im new here just looking for answers, motivation, and some feedback on my current bb process. I started out two months ago 238lbs at 6'1'' and today i was tippin the scales at 201.9lbs. I achieved this by cutting extra calories and doing cardio 6 days a week averaging 500 calories burnt a session. I also lift weights every other day and i take wheybolic extreme. Thanks for hearing me out and I appreciate any help or comments that would help me in the bb process.

I'm pretty new here too. Sounds like you are getting rid of the BF first. What's your longterm goals, you need to know where you want to be in a years time.
