Hey whats up Im new here just looking for answers, motivation, and some feedback on my current bb process. I started out two months ago 238lbs at 6'1'' and today i was tippin the scales at 201.9lbs. I achieved this by cutting extra calories and doing cardio 6 days a week averaging 500 calories burnt a session. I also lift weights every other day and i take wheybolic extreme. Thanks for hearing me out and I appreciate any help or comments that would help me in the bb process.
