Well I am new not only here but to body building altogether. Im befinately what you would call a "Skinny guy" (6'1 150 pounds) But I have always been told I have the body structure for body building (wide shoulders 43 3/4 inches around)
not to mention the metabolism.
My goal is to put on ~20 pounds of muscle in 5 months for when i go to visit my fiancee (she lives in england; long story). I have been working on my diet which wasn't too bad to start with im just eating a bit more protein. I have been working for a little over a month and can notice a bit of difference mainly in tone. I just recently started using Creatine monohydrate powder Half of the recommended 1.5 teaspoons with a Gatorade half an hour before the workout and the rest in a Gatorade directly after the cooldown. Friends have recommended nitro T3 but I refuse to take it because from what i read of it its a prohormone and being 18 I want no part of a prohormone so i may order CEE.
Any tips or pointers would be appreciated Thanks.
