I heard a lot of great things about this board and thought I would stop by and join in on the fun A little about me-I'm 38 years old, female, I have been competing for the past 4 years. I am wanting to get as big as possible and be competitive in bodybuilding at the national level. I'm looking forward to learning a lot from everyone and helping out in discussions as much as I can
