hey everyone. my name's chirag, i'm 17 n i've jus started doin weights. i can lift about 14Lbs on the dumbells n 24Lbs on the barbells. i'm also doin bout 50-100 sit-ups everyday 2 try n build my abdomen as well. any1 with tips, plz feel free 2 give em 2 me. thanx.
