Hi everyone! New to the forum. Been working out with weights seriously for 3 years now. I'm 5' 11" tall and I started at 251 lbs. I'm currently 200 lbs and looking to decrease a little more body fat and add lean muscle mass and some definition.

I currently work out on a one body part a day scheme.
Sunday-Cardio Only
Monday-Back
Tuesday-Chest
Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-Shoulders
Friday-Arms
Saturday-Rest

I do 4-5 days of 30-45 min of cardio post workout except on leg days. I'm following a basic healthy body building diet of 6 small meals a day. I take Saturday as a refeed day.
