Well like I said I hope to find better information here. I'm kind of new to posting on forums but I thought that a forum would be a good place to hear from others and their thoughts. I posted a couple of questions on another web site and some poeple didn't like the questions I asked.

A great place to start are the stickies, training and diet. There are many useful tips to point you in the right direction. If anything doesn't make sense then fire away with the questions.
