New member seeking guidance

Hi everyone

I'm 21 years old turning 22 in four weeks. I came to this board because i'm planning on doing my first NPC Bodybuilding Competition this fall & i figure i can use as much guidance, support, and mentoring as possible. I'm looking forward to contributing to this board & gaining knowledge about Training, Nutrition & AAS.

5'6 - 170lbs 13% Bodyfat
