So new member to this community. So far this one seems a bit more engaging and informative.
I have read through the stickied post and will be doing some homework later when I am able to view the links a bit easier.
As for me I am 41, 6’ 250lbs at the moment. Former athlete and looking to get back into shape. Was a bit of a wrestling nut so those of you who know who Scott Steiner is will understand the handle. Looking forward to getting in shape and being a part of this community.
