Hi I'm new to this site. I used to work out alot in highschool and then I took 2 years off when i started college. After i gained about 40-50lbs i decided to get back in the gym. since then ive dropped down 30lbs to 200lbs. Now ive been stuck at this same wait for the past 3-4 weeks and im looking for help in losing the next 20lbs. Also if anyone has any workouts that can get me cut it would be greatly appreciated.
