Hey guys!
I am new to this forum, but not to lifting. I am a former collegiate wrestler in the States and have been training for years. I am also in the military and attending school. I am a senior this year and my degree is in Exercise Science. I have a minor in biology and health. I will try to answer questions to the best of my knowledge. I am currently training to increase my cardio and core.
I am on Jack3d (took it for the first time today). It seems to do the trick. I am on a low calorie/clean diet with a cheat day about 1x a week. I have lost 10lb in the last month and plan to get down to 185-190 lb. My current stats are as follows:
Height- 5'10
weight-205lb
bench-265
squat-300-I haven't done these in a while tho
BF- around 15%. I want to get under 10%
