My name is Josh, I'm 23 6'1.25" tall and I weight 195. I work at the DEKA battery plant in PA as a Pasting Takeoff operator, hence my screen name, and for the most part that serves as my weight lifting. The first weights I ever lifted with were two 10lb dumbells left to me 11 years ago after a relative had died and now I've maxed out at 55lbs at two reps. I'm known in my department for my voracious appetite which is almost crazy when I am working hard. I have, on repeated occasions, eaten in excess of three pounds of food(just at work) over the course of two breaks and before my shift. The best thing about it is that as long as I work, I don't gain so much as a pound no matter what or how much I eat.
Currently I have stopped weightlifting outside of work but I'm trying to get back into it again both as a personal benefit, but also to help make things easier for me at work. The hardest thing for me is finding the motivation to get off my arse and work out, but once I start I usually keep going. Hopefully I will be able to increase my strength significantly and maybe shape up a little
