Howdy everyone
I am new and had a few questions for ya guys if ya dont mind.
I just recently got a gym membership and has been basicly doing cardio, I wana drop some weight before actually gaining muscle weight.
I go to the gym 5 day's a week and do a 40min tredmill then I do a 30min stationary bike exercise, in all I am burning about a little over 550 calories each visit. Is this a good setup for the time being to help me lose a few pound, am currenty sitting at around 185 and would like to drop to about 150-160 before I start weight training.
Also I would like to get a nutrition/diet going and was curious what kind of foods I should be eating. So far its been pretty much veggies/rice/salads/fruits/protein drinks. Basicly I would like to know what I should stock up on so I can be ready. Also I know I should be eating 4-6 small meals a day but I often have to make myself eat so that is something I will need to work on aswell.
But for the most part is what I am doing now a good start?
