Hey everyone, my name's Robert and I'm 23 and new to lifting. I'm 5'9, 150 pounds. Been skinny my whole life and I'm looking to gain mass. I've been reading the board for a little while and have already learned a lot, so now I'm joining.
Well keep an open mind here. And remember to keep workouts simple, dont overdo it. Also one more thing, I just want you to realize that growing happens outside the gym not in the gym. Best of luck.
