I am so fucking miserable in this job I haven't been able to drag my sorry ass into a gym in almost six months. I've gone from 245 lbs 18% BF to 225 lbs and probably double that BF%. I've hired an executive recruiting agency to help me find a new job and last night I went out and bought myself a squat cage and olympic weight set. My wife already gave me a set of Power Block dumbells and bench for Christmas so now it's up to me. I'm gonna get into a good job where I don't dread the thought of going to work every single day. And I'm gonna get my fat ass in that squat cage and start getting back to where I'm SUPPOSED to be. By summer time I'm gonna still be at 225, but I'll be below 20% BF. I certainly won't have a six pack, but at least I won't have this damn keg either. Come next fall I should be ready to start a clean bulking cycle and will be back at 245 lbs but below 20% BF by this time next year.

I'm about to get a rot myself. I hear they're highly intelligent dogs. Gotta love a dog that has bite if needed as well. Do you seriously have one and if so how do you like it?
a family here had too many dogs and they were giving him away in early fall, that summer someone had beaten him really bad broke his jaw it had to be wired... the guy is in prison btw for it now, anyway i had never seen the dog before and he was a hell of a lot of dog. i was scared of him at first but my heart went out to him after all he'd been through so i took a chance on him and he was so worth it. he is very smart, gentle, funny... and huge 90 lbs he's put on about 15 pounds since i got him. he turned 2 in nov. he is not agressive except w the only cop in town that is a jerk, he loves the rest of them because they saved his life after what happened to him. well he goes apeshit when the mailperson comes too i think it's the uniforms. i doubt he'd bite though he's too smart.
on the other hand when i'm walking him and a person approaches us i can see him taking cues from my reaction to them. and he is very loyal if somene attacked me i'm thinking he'd attack them no problem. it'd be a mess.
i just moved but the neighbors i had before i moved had 2 rotties and they were very good dogs. my kids spent a lot of time there and the dogs were not agressive.
I'm going to get really fat, totally obese.
I'm never going to touch any of my musical equipment nor think about it.
I'm going to quit writing or even thinking about writing.
I'm going to show up later to work.
I'm going to let my yard get completely trashed to where the neighbors start complaining about the wildlife refuge next door.
I'm going to drink at least a six pack a day and sit in front of the t.v. from 6:00pm til 1:00am every night.
3 showers a week will be much cheaper in the long run.
Do not fix the kitchen faucet.
Let the house get so filthy it's unrecognizable.
Now that I set all of my resolutions it's time to break everyone of them

When I saw The Rolling Stones they ended the concert with fireworks and Jimi's Star Spangled Banner.... very nice.
